Return Policy

Any blankets that arrive defective, or have issues not caused by the customer, may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The customer will be responsible for and will not be refunded shipping costs.

Note: Some colors may not be available. This simply means they are on backorder. We will reach out to you to let you know that your selection may take a bit longer, but we promise it will be worth the wait for your Minky blanket!

We offer a 6-month seam warranty with every purchase. If your blanket for any reason has a pop of a seam or loosening of the seam, we will repair it free of cost to you. This goes only for the seam, as any other damage would be caused by a reason other than Warm Embrace. Simply reach out to us and we will work with you on the shipping details to get your blanket all fixed up.

Information collected by Victoria Chunky Snugs include name, phone number, address, and payment information. This information is collected only to customers purchasing our items for the purpose of payment processing and shipping.

Your information security and privacy are just as important to us as it is to you. Your information will never be shared with any third party or other business for any reason. 

Care Instructions

Do NOT dry clean. 

Gentle cycle on cold. 

PREFERRED to lay out to dry. This may take a full day, so wash early in the morning for a clean, like new, Minky blanket at night. 

Tumble dry, gentle, NO HEAT, is acceptable but NOT suggested. This is to prolong the integrity of the fabric like most fabrics used for home decor and bedding.
